This cumin cheese is shorthandless and therefore very easy to use, you do not need to remove a rind before cutting slices or cubes of the cheese. In addition, thanks to its block shape, the cheese is very easy to slice or dice for on the cheeseboard.
The cheese is made from pasteurised cow's milk and is rich in proteins and vitamins.
