We are not satisfied until you are truly satisfied. For this reason, we are constantly working to improve our service and products.

Returning

For all our non-food products, you have the right to 14 days to think about your purchase, this is called the cooling off period. Within this period you can return the product without giving any reason, starting the day of receipt of the product. If you change your mind within the cooling off period, we would like to be notified so we know to expect your return.

From the time we receive your return notification, you still have 14 days to return the product.

The shipping costs, return costs and any risks involved will be at your expense. If the products are not returned in the correct condition, we cannot refund the amount of the products. This applies when:

  • The vacuum-packed cheese is cracked or leaky.
  • The product has been used.
  • When not all indicated products have been returned.
  • When the product is damaged.

We will credit the amount within a maximum of 14 days. It is also possible to use our return form. For fresh products there is no reflection period.

Complaints

We find it very annoying if you unexpectedly have a complaint about the service as you experienced. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service. We strive to answer your complaint within 14 days after receipt. Should we unexpectedly need more time for this, we will inform you of this.
