Rotterdam has long been known for its no-nonsense mentality This mentality can also be found in The Rotterdamsche Old cheese. A cheese with a robust character, made from delicious milk.
The distinct flavour of the Rotterdamsche Old is due to time. Over about 10 months, these cheeses are matured to perfection. Maturing ensures that a unique aroma is released without having to compromise on creaminess.
Serving aged Rotterdam cheeses
Our old Rotterdam cheese is a cheese that is best enjoyed with drinks or on a cheeseboard. We recommend serving it with a glass of red port. The sweetness of the port is delicious in combination with the robust character of this cheese.

Grana Padano is a delicious Italian Parmesan crumbled cheese. The characteristics of a Parmesan cheese is that it has been aged for at least 18 months. This results in a delicious robust flavour.

Delicious low-fat 30+ farmer's cheese, nice and tangy but with less fat. These cheeses mature for at least 20 weeks in our ripening warehouse.
