The distinct flavour of the Rotterdamsche Old is due to time. Over about 10 months, these cheeses are matured to perfection. Maturing ensures that a unique aroma is released without having to compromise on creaminess.

Our old Rotterdam cheese is a cheese that is best enjoyed with drinks or on a cheeseboard. We recommend serving it with a glass of red port. The sweetness of the port is delicious in combination with the robust character of this cheese.
