Our Gouda young mature cheese is made exclusively from Nederland milk and according to a traditional recipe. The young mature cheeses are given around eight weeks to mature to their full flavour.
Our cheese masters then carefully slice the cheese. The slices are stacked in rows, ideal for the catering industry, but also simply for at home.
