A creamy and full-flavoured mature sheep's cheese
The sheep cheese is originated from North Holland. The cheese is rich in vitamins and the high shape of the cheese makes it taste extra creamy. This is because the round shape combined with the high shape allows the cheese to ripen well, creating the creamy flavour.
Besides the shape of the cheese, the high quality sheep's milk that comes from sheep from the Noord-Holland pasture also plays a big role in the creamy taste.
