Perennial Stolwijk Farmers
The aged Stolwijkse Boeren cheeses in our assortment are given at least 3 years to mature in our traditional aging house. Here the cheeses are placed on wooden shelves and given all the time they need to mature to their full flavor. The cheeses are also turned regularly. This ensures that the cheeses mature evenly.
During this time, the cheeses develop a deliciously robust in intense flavor. A delicious treat for any cheese lover.
Overaged Stolwijk farmers cheese is very suitable to give extra zest to a dish, but is of course also very suitable to serve on a cheeseboard.
