Traditional mozzarella from southern Italy's Campana region. This delicious cheese has been given a protected trade name since 1993, meaning that Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP can now only be produced in the Campana and Lazio regions.
The mozzarella di bufala is characterised by its porcelain white colour, has a soft texture and a full creamy flavour. Ideal for various cold applications, such as through a fresh salad or on bread. Of course, it is also possible to use mozzarella in hot dishes. For example, spread your pizza with this delicious cheese.
