At least 20 weeks, our whole Dutch mature goat cheeses are given time to mature in our maturing house. This particular 10-kilo cheese is particularly flavourful and nicely tangy.

Delicious Mediterranean herb cheese enriched with olives, tomato and garlic. This 12-kilo gem has a spicy and tangy character.

Delicious low-fat Farmers Cheese 30+, nice and tangy in taste but with less fat. This beautiful Cheese wheel weighing 12 kilos matures for at least 20 weeks in our own maturing house.
