Low-fat Farmer's cheese wheel
Farmer's cheese is made from daily fresh milk from the farm. Thanks to the skimmed cow's milk, this cheese has a lower fat percentage. The cheeses are then produced on the farm using traditional methods. Farmhouse cheeses are made by hand. After the preparation process on the farm, these cheeses must mature.
Our 30+ Farmer cheeses are aged for a minimum of 20 weeks in our maturation house, The maturation process ensures that extra mature cheeses have a delicious spicy flavor. Very tasty cheeses that you should definitely have tried once.
Serving low-fat farm cheese
Low-fat Farmer's Cheese is a perfect addition to a healthy lifestyle. Farmer's cheese is perfect for on bread, but you can also incorporate extra mature cheese into various dishes with the greatest of ease. It is delicious to cut young cheese into small cubes and melt them in a stew, for example. This cheese can also be used as a garnish in a quiche, for example.
Of course it is possible to serve this extra mature farmer's cheese with drinks or just eat it on the go.
