Caprimera Herbs is a goat's cheese with a special edible rind. The cheese originated from the province Brabant in The Netherlands. In fact, the rind has the flavour of thyme and rosemary. This special herb layer was applied during the ripening process and gives the cheese its own unique flavour.
The cheese is based on old abbey recipes and has a creamy and mild dairy taste which makes it very suitable for eating with drinks or as a dessert cheese.
