Our old goat's cheese has had one and a half years to mature in the traditional way. Goat's cheese naturally has a slightly nutty and sweeter taste than cheese from cow's milk. This makes goat's cheese an excellent choice for someone who wants something different. Thanks to its long ripening period, this old goat's cheese has developed a particularly powerful flavour with extra spice.
Processing mature goat's cheese
The goat cheese is made from pasteurised goat's milk, making it excellent for pregnant women too. In terms of cooking, this old goat's cheese is very versatile and can be processed well in, for example, a risotto. Guaranteed that the unique cheese will amaze your dinner guests!
