Caprimera Liguria is a Dutch goat's cheese coated with tomato, basil and oregano, among other ingredients, during the ripening process. This cheese is delicious on the cocktail plate.

A beautiful 10-kilo whole goat cheese enriched with delicious garden herbs. Deliciously fresh and spicy flavour. Matured for at least 12 weeks in the traditional way.
