Caprimera Herbs is a Brabant goat's cheese with a special edible rind. In fact, the rind has the flavour of tomato, basil and oregano. This special herb layer was applied during the ripening process and gives the cheese its own unique flavour.
The cheese is based on old abbey recipes and has a creamy and spicy taste which makes it very suitable for eating with drinks.
