Dutch Blue is a pasteurised hard Blue cheese from North Brabant. The cheese comes from organic cultivation and is the perfect combination of mature and deliciously creamy. The blue veins come from the fungus Penicillium Roqueforti, which gives off a delicious spicy flavour.
Using Dutch Blue cheese
Dutch Blue is a delicious cheese that can certainly stand its ground on a cheese plate. To make the cheese stand out even better, we recommend letting it warm up to room temperature before serving. Dutch Blue cheese is delicious with a light fruity red wine.
