Our Stolwijk aged cheese is a real treat for any cheese lover. Aged for at least a year in our traditional aging house. Delicious spicy cheese that will wow you. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.

Old North Holland, an EU protected regional product. Deliciously firm in taste but still tasty Smeuïg. Aged at least 1 year in our own maturing house.

Our whole mature Stolwijk cheese is a deliciously flavorful farmhouse cheese weighing 17 kilograms. This mature farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our aging facility.

Sliced Gouda young cheese in a pack of approximately 1 kg. The slices of cheese are stacked roof top for easy handling for catering or just at home.

The one and only young matured Gouda cheese. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.
