Whole Gouda cheese young matured of approximately 13 kg. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

Our whole mature Stolwijk cheese is a deliciously flavorful farmhouse cheese weighing 17 kilograms. This mature farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our aging facility.
