Stolwijkse farmer's young matured cheese wheel
Stolwijkse farmer's young belegen is made from daily fresh milk from the farm. The cheeses are then produced on the farm using traditional methods. Farmer's cheeses are made by hand. After the preparation process on the farm, these cheeses must mature.
Our young matured farm cheeses are ripened for at least 16 weeks in our ripening house, The ripening process ensures that our young mature cheeses have a creamy flavor. Very tasty cheeses that you should definitely have tried once.

Our young mature farmer's cheese is extremely suitable for on bread, but you can also process young cheese with the greatest ease in various dishes. It is delicious to cut young cheese into small cubes and melt them in a stew, for example. This cheese is also great to use as a garnish in a quiche, for example.
