Our Gouda cheese young matured is made exclusively from Nederland milk. According to traditional recipe, our Gouda cheeses are made. Our young matured Gouda cheeses have a ripening period of approximately eight weeks.
In our maturing house, our young mature cheeses are matured in a traditional way on wooden boards. When "ripe", the cheeses are deliciously creamy and particularly flavourful.
