A beautiful 10-kilo whole goat cheese enriched with delicious garden herbs. Deliciously fresh and spicy flavour. Matured for at least 12 weeks in the traditional way.

When you fancy a special piece of goat cheese, try goat cheese with truffle. Intens and creamy in flavour. You must have tried it once. Our whole goat cheeses are matured according to traditional methods and weigh around 4 kilos.

Jersey cheese, delicious organic cheese made from milk of the Jersey cow. Deliciously full of creamy flavour. Our whole cheeses are matured for at least 8 weeks using traditional methods.

Organic extra mature cheese made the milk of Jersey cows. Powerful and particularly creamy in flavor. Our whole cheeses are aged for a minimum of 26 weeks using traditional methods.

Delicious 11 kilo Pan Pan. A particularly tasty 20+ cumin cheese which is prepared according to a traditional Leiden recipe. Pan Pan is low in fat and high in flavour. Ideal when you want to enjoy it responsibly.
