Whole Jersey cheese young matured
Delicious organic young matured cheese made from the milk of Jersey cows. The cheeses are made in the South Holland village of Ouddorp and are aged in our traditional aging house after the preparation process.
Unlike the milk of other cows, Jersey cows give milk with a different composition of fats and proteins. Jersey milk contains on average 85% more fat and 40% more protein. For this reason, the cheese is much creamier and fuller in flavor. The cheese from these cows is therefore easily distinguishable from normal cheeses.
