Young mature 35+ kaas made from the tastiest skimmed milk. This 14-kilo beauty has matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house using traditional methods.

At least 20 weeks, our whole Dutch mature goat cheeses are given time to mature in our maturing house. This particular 10-kilo cheese is particularly flavourful and nicely tangy.

Our whole mature Stolwijk cheese is a deliciously flavorful farmhouse cheese weighing 17 kilograms. This mature farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our aging facility.
