Delicious low-fat young mature cheeses with only 35% fat. Despite the low fat percentage, this cheese has a mild flavour and is particularly tasty.
In our ripening house, our young mature cheeses are ripened in a traditional way on wooden boards. When the time is "ripe", the cheeses are still wonderfully mild in flavour but still exceptionally tasty.

Low-fat young mature cheese are ideal when you want to watch your diet, but still want to enjoy a nice piece of cheese. Young mature cheese is delicious on sandwiches, but also perfect for cheese cubes during drinks, for example.
