Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our maturing house. Particularly flavoursome and nicely tangy, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.

Hollandse Blauwe, delicious tasting blue cheese from North Brabant. The cheeses are sourced organically and made from pasteurised cow's milk.
