Aged Cumin Cheese is a bold, aromatic cheese matured for 2 years in our own aging warehouse. Full of flavor, firm in texture, and perfect for lovers of real aged cumin cheese.

Aged for at least a year in our traditional aging house. Delicious tangy cheeses with an intense taste sensation. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.

Old North Holland, an EU protected regional product. Deliciously firm in taste but still tasty Smeuïg. Aged at least 1 year in our own maturing house.

The Rotterdamsche Old is a special cheese with a wonderfully robust character. Very tasty when paired with a good glass of red port. The sweet character of the port combined with the cheese is a treat.
