Farmer’s Spring Cheese is the smaller, fresh spring version of our beloved Boeren Juweel. Made from the very first fresh pasture milk of spring and handcrafted according to a traditional recipe, using fresh daily milk straight from the farm. Soft, full and creamy, with a wonderfully smooth taste.

A beautiful goat cheese enriched with delicious garden herbs. Deliciously fresh and spicy in taste. Matured for at least 12 weeks in the traditional way.
