Delicious skimmed young cured cheeses with only 35% fat. Despite the low fat percentage, this cheese has a mild flavor and is particularly Smaakvol.
In our aging house, our young matured cheeses are aged in a traditional way on wooden boards. When the time is "ripe" the cheeses are still delicious Mild in taste but still particularly Smaakvol.
Processing skimmed young cured cheese
Skim young cured cheese are ideal when you want to watch your diet, but still want to enjoy a nice piece of cheese. Young mature cheese is delicious on sandwiches, but also perfect for cheese cubes during drinks.
It is also possible to incorporate this low-fat variety into one of your dishes. For example, it is delicious to use this cheese in a sauerkraut dish with smoked sausage.
