The answer for any cheese lover who still wants to watch his or her diet. Aged cheese made from less fatty milk. Less fat does not mean less flavor in this cheese. Delicious hearty cheese that fits perfectly into a healthy lifestyle.
This old gem is given at least 1 year to mature in our traditional aging house. In addition, the cheeses are also turned by hand with some regularity. This ensures that the cheese remains top quality and can mature evenly.
Processing aged skim cheese
Old skim cheese is delicious on a brown sandwich, but is also delicious on the go. The cheeses are also perfect for serving during drinks or on a nice cheese plate. It is also possible to incorporate this low-fat variety into one of your dishes. The possibilities are endless.
