Caprimera Herbs is a Dutch goat's cheese that is coated with thyme and rosemary, among other ingredients, during the ripening process. This cheese is delicious with drinks or as a dessert cheese.
Whole Caprimera goat's cheese
Caprimera Herbs is a Brabant goat's cheese with a special edible rind. In fact, the rind has the flavour of thyme and rosemary. This special herb layer was applied during the ripening process and gives the cheese its own unique flavour.
The cheese is based on old abbey recipes and has a creamy and mild dairy taste which makes it very suitable for eating with drinks or as a dessert cheese.
