After spending the whole winter in stalls, the cows finally get to go outside again when spring arrives. The cows can again fully enjoy the fresh tender pasture grass.
Farmers spring cheese is made the first meadow milk of spring. The young meadow grass makes the milk from these cows even creamier, resulting in delicious full creamy and soft Spring cheeses.
The Farmers' Spring Cheese in our range comes from the South Holland Berkenwoude is a village in the municipality of Krimpenerwaard, which belongs to the Stolwijk region. Here, cheeses are handmade according to traditional recipe from daily fresh milk from the farm.

Farmers spring cheese is perfect for serving on bread. Of course, it is also possible to use the cheese in various hot dishes. In addition, Farmers spring cheese is also very nice to serve during a drink or just to eat on the go.
