Stolwijk farmer's matured
Stolwijk farmer's matured is made from daily fresh milk from the farm. The cheeses are then produced on the farm using traditional methods. Boeren cheeses are made by hand. After the preparation process on the farm, these cheeses have to mature.
Our young mature farm cheeses are ripened for at least 16 weeks in our ripening house. The ripening process ensures that our young mature cheeses have a creamy taste. Very tasty cheeses that you should definitely have tried once.
Stolwijk farmer's matured cheese
Our matured farmer's cheese is perfect for on bread, but you can also incorporate matured cheese into various dishes with the greatest of ease. It is delicious to cut young cheese into small cubes and melt them in a stew, for instance. This cheese is also great to use as a garnish in a quiche, for example.
It is of course possible to serve Stolwijkse young mature farmer's cheese with drinks or just eat it on the go.
