This bag of fondue cheese is composed of the delicious cheeses Gruyère and Emmentaler flavoured with just the right mix of ingredients. Kaltbach's cheeses are matured in the sandstone Kaltbach cave where a humid climate prevails under a constant temperature. These conditions create the cheese's unique and spicy flavour.
