Description
Swiss Schabziger cheese
Schabziger is made from skimmed cow's milk and blue fenugreek. After the preparation process, the cones are filled where the Ziger is pressed into the cone for 6 to 8 days. The cones then have to dry for 2 to 6 months before they are ready. This cheese naturally gets its name from the shape in which it is pressed.
