Cheese wheel - Stolwijk - Cow milk

Our whole mature Stolwijk cheese is a deliciously flavorful farmhouse cheese weighing 17 kilograms. This mature farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our aging facility.

Stolwijkse extra mature is a delicious spicy farmers cheese weighing 15 kilos. Our Stolwijkse extra belegen cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening time of 32 weeks.

Our whole Stolwijkse old cheese is a real treat weighing almost 13 kilos. Matured for at least a year in our traditional maturing house. A delicious tangy cheese for any cheese lover. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.

Delicious low-fat Farmers Cheese 30+, nice and tangy in taste but with less fat. This beautiful Cheese wheel weighing 12 kilos matures for at least 20 weeks in our own maturing house.
