Organically produced extra virgin olive oil
Myron's extra virgin olive oils are grown organically in the most fertile areas of Crete. They work with several farmers who value quality. Between November and the end of February, the olives are harvested. Under low temperatures they are ground, this is done so that all vitamins are present in the olive oil.
Greek olive oil with a light taste
With a light flavor, this olive oil has a presence that is not too overpowering. The fruity and slightly spicy taste makes for a good addition. Therefore, the olive oil is perfect for salads and seafood, this is because it enhances the aroma and taste. Also, the extra virgin olive oil goes wonderfully with a drinks board to balance all the flavors.
