Delicious young mature cheese made from the best thermised milk. When milk is thermised, it means that the milk is slightly heated before the cheese is made.
The milk is heated above 40 °C, but the temperature does not exceed 72 °C. From the this temperature, the milk is pasteurised.
Pesto cheese is delicious young cured cheese combined with green pesto. During the preparation process, basil, pine nuts and garlic are added to this cheese. This composition creates a delicious Mediterranean character that you must have tried once.
