Farmers' goat's cheese is made by hand from whole (not skimmed) goat's milk. Our farmer's goat's cheese is made entirely in our own way and according to our own recipe. It is then ripened on wooden shelves in our own warehouse until, according to the cheese masters, it is ready to be eaten.
