Our Gouda cheese young matured is made exclusively from Dutch milk. Our Gouda cheeses are made according to a traditional recipe. Our young matured Gouda cheeses have a ripening period of approximately eight weeks.
In our maturing house, our young mature cheeses are matured in a traditional way on wooden boards. When "ripe", the cheeses are deliciously creamy and particularly flavourful.
