This old cumin cheese 35+ will make the heart of many a cheese lover beat faster. Made from the best skimmed milk. This cumin cheese lies at least 1 year in our ripening house. Delicious cherry flavor thanks to the cumin seeds.

Our farmhouse cheese with fenugreek is a particularly delicious cheese with a nutty and spicy flavor. The fenugreek provides a unique flavor which makes the cheese suitable for a brown bread, but also for a cheeseboard this cheese is a topper.
