Le Rustique Camembert
Rustique is a French white rind cheese, similar in taste to the well-known Camembert. The cheese cannot officially be called Camembert, because a real Camembert should be smaller. However, Le Grand Rustique is still known as Camembert to most people thanks to its almost similar taste.
The rind of these cheeses is thinly coated with the white cheese mould Pencicillium Camemberti. When the cheese is cut, the dairy goes flush. The flavour of this delicious cheese is best described as a robust cheese with an intense character.

Rusitique Camembert is a delicious cheese that can be eaten with drinks. It is also possible to use this French cheese in all kinds of hot dishes. Combined with a glass of full-bodied red wine, the cheese comes into its own.
