Stolwijk famers young is a Dutch cheese that has been aged for 10 weeks. This cheese comes from the region of Stolwijk and is known for its creamy texture and mild flavor. Due to the short maturation, the cheese remains soft and Smeuïg, making it a popular choice for on bread, with salads or as part of a cheese board.
