Stolwijk famers young is a Dutch cheese that has been aged for 10 weeks. This cheese comes from the region of Stolwijk and is known for its creamy texture and mild flavor. Due to the short maturation, the cheese remains soft and Smeuïg, making it a popular choice for on bread, with salads or as part of a cheese board.

Tangy North Holland cheese is a delicious authentic local product. Creamy flavour with a spicy bite. Matured for at least 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

The one and only young matured Gouda cheese. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

The creamy, full-bodied flavor with a mild tang of Stolwijk Farmers matured develops through a ripening period of 16 weeks. Crafted with love and craftsmanship from fresh milk, carefully hand-turned and aged in our own maturation house – just as you would expect from an authentic Stolwijk cheese.
