Young mature cumin cheese
Deliciously creamy and nutty young cumin cheese. During the preparation process of these cheeses, cumin seeds are added and stirred through the mass. This ensures that the seeds are dispersed through the cheese wheel.
Next, our cumin cheeses are ripened in our traditional ripening house on wooden boards. After about 12 weeks, our young mature cumin cheeses are ready. This results in a delicious mild nutty flavour.
