Stolwijk Farmers Young is made from fresh, day-old milk straight from the farm. The cheeses are traditionally produced and handcrafted on the farm – an artisanal process that gives the cheese character and depth. After production, the cheeses mature for at least 10 weeks in our own aging facility. This careful aging process results in a wonderfully soft flavor, creamy texture, and fresh notes.
