Composition of basic cheeseboard
The basic cheeseboard consists of three cheeses of 250 grams each:
Saint Agur
Saint Agur is a blue-veined cheese from Auvergne, France. This cheese has a full creamy and tangy flavor that is delicious spread on toast or a sandwich. This blue-veined cheese should not be missed on the cheeseboard!
Brie
This is one of the best-known French white cheese. It is characterized by its full creamy and mild taste which makes (almost) everyone like a piece of creambrie. Did you know that brie is also perfect for use as a sandwich and through hot dishes?
Kernhem
Kernhem: a Dutch cheese with a washed rind. With its slightly spicy and creamy flavor, it is an excellent addition to this cheese board. Kernhem is excellent eaten on the go, as well as on toast or a sandwich.

Delicious Gouda old cutable weighing approximately 10 kilos. Matured for at least a year in our traditional maturing house. Delicious tangy cheeses with an intense taste sensation. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.
Cheese wheel young Dutch goat's cheese. Deliciously mild and creamy in taste. This Cheese wheel of about 10 kilos is matured for at least 8 weeks in our traditional maturing house.
Delicious creamy goat's cheese enriched with fenugreek seeds. Especially nutty and tangy flavour. Our 8-kilo whole cheeses are matured for a minimum of 12 weeks using traditional methods.

Old North Holland, an EU protected regional product. Deliciously firm in taste but still nice and creamy. This gem of 13 kilos has matured for at least 1 year in our own maturing house.
Delicious spicy 35+ kaas. Made from the best skimmed milk. This beautiful 13-kilo cheese has matured for a minimum of 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

At least 20 weeks, our whole Dutch mature goat cheeses are given time to mature in our maturing house. This particular 10-kilo cheese is particularly flavourful and nicely tangy.

Our whole mature Stolwijk cheese is a deliciously flavorful farmhouse cheese weighing 17 kilograms. This mature farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our aging facility.
