Gouda mature cheese weighing approximately 13 kilos. Our whole cured cheeses are matured in the traditional way for 16 weeks, giving a delicious slightly tangy flavour.
At least 20 weeks, our whole Dutch mature goat cheeses are given time to mature in our maturing house. This particular 10-kilo cheese is particularly flavourful and nicely tangy.
