Kernhem is a delicious Dutch cheese with a washed rind. This gives the cheese a slightly spicy and creamy flavor.
Young mature 35+ kaas made from the finest skimmed milk. Matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house by traditional methods.
At least 20 weeks, our whole Dutch mature goat cheeses are given time to mature in our maturing house. This particular 10-kilo cheese is particularly flavourful and nicely tangy.
An exclusive combination between dried white truffle and sea salt brings flavour to any dish. White truffle sea salt is therefore a great addition to your spices.
