Dutch handmade smoked cheese
A real authentic smoked cheese from the farm, that is how this cheese can be described. This smoked cheese is made of thermised milk and smoked in a traditional way in a smokehouse. To arrive at the delicious smoke flavour, a lot of trial and error was made, resulting in a wood moth mixture that realises the perfect smoke flavour.
With its authentic full creamy and slightly spicy smoke flavour, this smoked cheese is particularly delicious to eat on the go, but also very tasty on sandwiches.
