Our Gouda extra mature cheeses are given at least 26 weeks to mature. This gives the cheeses time to develop a delicious spicy flavour without losing their creaminess. As you would expect from us, our Gouda cheeses are made from the best pasteurised milk from Nederland cows.
Our Gouda extra matured cheese is matured in the traditional way on wooden boards in our maturing house. This gives our cheeses a deliciously unique taste so characteristic of Gouda cheeses.
