This aged sheep's cheese is made using traditional methods, only the highest quality sheep's milk is used for these special cheeses. The cheeses are then given at least 7 months to mature in our traditional maturing house. This is done on wooden shelves where the cheeses develop their delicious flavour. Our cheese masters ensure that the cheeses are turned regularly so that the cheese can mature properly.
Aged sheep's cheese is perfect for a cheeseboard or to accompany drinks, but can of course be used in hot dishes.
