The matured Gouda cheese is a perfect balance of flavour and maturity, with a creamy texture and a full, nutty flavour. The Gouda crumble cheese is a unique cheese with an intense character and crumbly texture, making every bite a true taste explosion. For lovers of old cheese, there is the Gouda old & cutable cheese. This cheese has undergone a ripening process that has deepened and refined its flavour, resulting in a rich, piquant flavour and a beautiful melting texture. The Gouda soft & mature cheese, on the other hand, offers a mild and creamy flavour with a slight spiciness, perfect for lovers of younger cheeses.
