This cheese has undergone a ripening process that has deepened and refined its flavour, resulting in a rich, piquant flavour and a beautiful melting texture. The Gouda soft & mature cheese, on the other hand, offers a mild and creamy flavour with a slight spiciness, perfect for lovers of younger cheeses.

Delicious spicy 35+ kaas. Made from the best skimmed milk. Aged for at least 26 weeks in our own aging house on wooden boards.
The creamy, full-bodied flavor with a mild tang of Stolwijk Farmers matured develops through a ripening period of 16 weeks. Crafted with love and craftsmanship from fresh milk, carefully hand-turned and aged in our own maturation house – just as you would expect from an authentic Stolwijk cheese.
Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our aging house. Especially Smaakvol and delicious Pittig, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.
Who doesn't know it? The Edam bulb cheese. A cheese of about 1.5kg that is also popular outside the Dutch borders. This cheese has a neutral creamy taste with a salty undertone and is super nice to give as a gift.
